Now it doesn't have very good service The staff You have to train them as it should be

This is hand down the BEST Mexican seafood restaurant! We have been numerous times and it never disappoints!

The food was just okay. The service was excellent during my first visit, but the second time was terrible. It's really inconsistent. View menu

I stop by here on my way home when I coming from outta town. The food is always amazing and the servers are friendly. The decorations are pretty cool they have some pretty murals of women on each wall.

Thank You Gustavo San Juan Restaurant in Whiteville. You made another meal FABULOUS with your wonderful beans and delicious rice to go with my chicken fajitas. You made my long hectic day so much easier for making my sides for me. Can’t wait to come back for more Carne Asada Fries! Yum

Visited on May 5th. Very busy but still good service and good food My only complaint is they need to fix their damn parking lot. It's full of potholes that are partly filled in with large gravel, and when leaving (On my motorcycle) I ended up with 2 fractures in my foot from getting it stuck in a pothole View menu

My family LOVES this place!!!! The staff are so friendly and professional and appreciate your business. The food is amazing with quality choice meats and fresh vegetables. Never greasy. And!, they offer a large variety of vegetarian meals , which is the largest selection in town. Fast service and they always get it right! Will eat here again and again and again!!!

We dined there for lunch today and were disappointed with our experience. My husband's steak was overcooked, and his eggs were well done instead of over easy. The sausage was crumbly as well. We waited about ten minutes for our drinks, which the server eventually placed on the bar behind us while attending to another table. I understand it was busy and we were part of a large group, but it might be a while before I return.

After recently moving to the area, I was looking forward to my first experience at San Juan tonight both to enjoy the food and listen to the scheduled band, The Backline Band. Unfortunately, very early in the day, the restaurant canceled the band... but didn't let the band know! The band's organizer found out second hand. I don't care how good your food is, that is just unprofessional and bad business. I have no plans to visit this establishment after the way they handled this situation. View menu
