"I ordered for pick up 40 mins before closing. I ordered a combo plate and was told their side options were rice, miso soup and salad I asked for one of each. When I arrived for pick up I was told they actually ran out of miso soup so if I wanted extra rice or salad. I asked if I could just get a discount since they didn’t tell me they ran out of Miso soup at time of order. I was told that wasn’t an option. Part of me wanted to just cancel the whole order, but I was starving and had other things on schedule so I just took it. Went home and I go three sides of rice??. They charged me extra for chicken breast (unrequested). Shrimp tempura was ok, but everything was cold. $23 for an order I wasn’t happy with. As someone who has worked customer service, #1 rule is do right by the customer; the goal is to have the customer come back multiple times not just that one visit. I will not be going back."

I tried this spot once with my friend and I am addicted since then. I enjoy the fantastic atmosphere and tasty dishes and beverages. They never disappoint.

The food is okay, but not worth the 15-20 minute wait for a single chicken bowl. They aren't short-staffed, 3 in kitchen and 3 up front, just really slow to get orders put together.

I ordered noodles with pork on a plate and a side of California rolls for my first order at this restaurant. The portion size was small for the price of $30.00, which I found to be quite expensive for the amount of food I received. However, the food was tasty overall. I may not order from here again in the future.

It was enjoyable to return to this restaurant today, but my experience was not as great this time. The portion sizes have significantly decreased. The food was still delicious, however, I was disappointed by the small portion provided with the chicken dishes. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of eggs as soon as we entered the restaurant.
