"I usually have a great experience at Sarabeth’s (have been a customer for over 20 years) but this was a pretty terrible experience. I had an entire tray of glasses dropped ON me and on the floor beside me with not so much as one apology from service or management. Still concerned I have shards of glass in my shoes and ankles. Not to mention prior to this, I had to ask servers several times for a spoon and sugar for my tea."

The lemon ricotta pancakes are amazing, totally recommend! Also the avocado toast was delicious. We went on a Saturday and it was quite calm. The area is nice and the service is really good.

Super great service and atmosphere! Went for a brunch loved the pancakes and Bellini ! It was a Friday so not too packed or noisy really great clean establishment. I’ll definitely be going back

Server confusion in that we waited and had to inquire who was handling our table. Scrambled eggs runny. Pancakes hard around the edges, small and very dry. One piece of toast with a breakfast?!Sausages lie in a half teaspoon of warm applesauce. The minuscule serving of butter with normal size muffins in a basket was a joke. Luke warm coffee out of thermal carafes. for a glass of wine?!?!Very chaotic atmosphere
