"Our reservation was for 7 pm on Saturday. There weren’t many people inside, but we were seated right behind an occupied booth with a loud party. The salad and bread were delicious. By the time the meal came, our appetite had significantly waned. I ordered the top sirloin “surf and turf” and my wife ordered the NY steak. My shrimp were excellent. We ordered our steaks medium but both came out well done or past well. They were remade and came out medium the second time. Mine still had little to no flavor and took so long to chew that it would have taken me an hour to eat the steak had I desired more than a bite. The “demi glaze” was awful. The steak reminded me of what you would find in a can of Dinty Moore beef stew—but not as desirable. We won’t be coming back. We had high hopes, especially based on the good reviews, the pretty setting and the great start to the meal."

calmed. the service was slow. no water refills, if not in demand. had no specializations of the day until he was asked. ny steak and garlic potatoes were salty. carrots tasted. family ordered whispers that were the best part of dinner. I think with training, waiting staff could be improved and less salt in prepared foods would be advisable. View menu

Our group of 6 enjoyed a delicious dinner. Overall, we were very pleased. The only negative was that 4 of us received our dinner at least 10 minutes before the last 2, which made it a bit awkward. The 2 who received their dinners late both ordered steak, so not sure what the problem was. Wait staff was professional and friendly. A very nice evening.

Our dinner was part of a package offered by the resort. We were disappointed that they were out of baked potatoes an hour after they opened, but pleased when they were able to find one for my wife. Service was quite nice, and rather responsive, even though our server was new to the position. For good basic food at a medium price, you won't go away hungry!

I had the shrimp fettucine. It was in a tomato, basil cream sauce with sundried tomatoes. The shrimp were very large. I told the waiter to tell the chef that we had just spent 10 days on the coast and this dish was as good as any shrimp I had on the coast! It was delicious! The Mother's Day brunch at this restaurant was fantastic! The food and service were outstanding, the tables were beautifully set, and the weather was perfect for dining outside on the terrace. What started as a last-minute decision will now become a tradition for us. After brunch, we took a leisurely stroll through the grounds and captured some wonderful family photos. We are so grateful for such a memorable experience.

This restaurant is very comfortable and the food is good. The only issue we had was that the TV in our room wasn't working properly and we had to have it fixed every night. The maintenance man was able to fix it eventually, and we were able to watch the NCAA championship game. We would still be happy to return, especially in the fall for the grape harvest. We also enjoyed their wine tasting promotion and were able to visit 5 local wineries.
