"it took an hour and 15 minutes for us to get our food and our server has no more than once communicating with us throughout the waiting period. also a simple beverage refill lasted over 20 minutes. when our food came, we had big pieces of muddling in our clam pizza, which was discovered by a person in our party, painfully punctuated them. the pizza was replaced, but we were surprised that they did not take it out of the bill or offer a free appetizer or dessert, as we have long waited. the ambiente was nice and the food was in order, but we will not eat there again."

The fennel sausage and pepper pie was hands-down the best pizza I’ve ever had. My hubs and I got into a bit of a debate over whether Serious Pie was as good as Gino’s East, our fave Chicago-style spot. They are of course completely different, and pitting deep dish against a flatbread is wholly unnecessary, but, if stuck on a desert island and all that, I’d go with Serious Pie. Sooo sooo good.

I can honestly say that this was the most salty pizza I (and my family) have ever eaten in my whole life. my group of 10 ordered five different pizzas, and three of them were so salty that they were almost unusable. If we weren't so hungry, we would have left them honestly. bad pizza is still pizza, but at this price point, they expect that at least do not drown in salt. in addition the restaurant was made of two salates. that is not a deal breaker in any case, but it is a little surprising not to be able to serve two of the few salads on their menu.
