"My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time while exploring the city. Our experience was interesting to say the least. Upon entering, the lady inside greeted my husband warmly but seemed less than thrilled to see me. I greeted her politely, but she ignored me, which was quite amusing. She then curtly informed us that if we wanted to order, we had to do so outside. However, the cashier outside was friendly and helpful. We asked her for advice on how much milk to add to our drinks, as it was our first time there. She made sure to recommend the right amount to make the tea taste delicious. Despite the initial encounter, we still enjoyed the milk tea and appreciated the reasonable prices and the helpful cashier. Overall, we would still give it a good review."

Delicious. I like that control the ice and the sugar level. FYI: Right now you order outside and you pick up inside… to avoid the inside crowd. : View menu

This is my favorite boba tea spot. They have a wide variety of options and the drinks are always high quality. It can get crowded, but they handle it well. The atmosphere is lacking, it's more of a grab-and-go place now. My favorite is the QQ.

I have been a loyal patron of this restaurant for years. I am consistently pleased with the quality of my drinks, and their cream series adds a delicious salty touch to the coffee milk tea. I would give this place a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

Love this local boba spot. This location is where the old red ribbon use to be and I have to say these guys are most likely here to stay. Great selection and some of the best tasting boba. I recommend adding ice cream in your drink, it was a real game changer for me View menu

I'm so sad and disappointed. I always see that this place has a long line, so I decided to finally try it. I ordered the Matcha Crema and the first thing I taste and smell is rotten/sour milk. I tried a few more sips but it didn't get any better. I thought mixing the cream and green tea would help but it still didn't taste good. Plus it had a very chalky /pulpy taste. This was not worth $6.25. I wish I could get my money back. My money went literally into the trash.

I'm from the Bay. I usually go to my local Shared Tea. Visiting So-Cal, I tried this location. I ordered the QQ Happy Family and my ex tried got the Golden Retriever. Both tasted alike. I questioned whether it was the same drink. Both were tasty. This location seems to offer more specials than the one I go to in the Bay. They have a series of drinks called the Frozen Bliss. Each drink is named after a dog breed: Husky, Golden Retriever and German Shepherd. Check out my photo. If I lived here, I'll likely frequent this location. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

"I immediately called the restaurant to explain the situation, and the staff member on shift assured me it would be no problem to correct the order. I provided my husband's name and told her I would give her the order number, but she said she could see it and would handle it. When my husband picked up the order, he confirmed that they had agreed to make the corrections, but when we got home, we discovered that nothing had changed. I called back to address the issue, and the staff member sincerely apologized and promised a refund for the incorrect bowl. However, a minute later, Jasmine called me back with an attitude, claiming she couldn't issue the refund because the order was under my name and not my husband's. I tried to explain that I had offered to provide the order number and mentioned that the website issue had caused the confusion, and that someone had already offered me a full refund. Instead, she only offered a 10% discount on the order. I inquired about when I could speak to the main manager or owner, but Jasmine told me they come in at their convenience and that she would make sure they would address the refund when they had a chance to speak with me. This entire situation could have been handled much more professionally, and I am left wondering when the manager or owner will reach out to resolve the mistake that Jasmine created over a mere $11."
