"I am generally forgiving and patient when it comes to restaurants. I understand how hard it is in the service industry. That having been said...Decided to try this place had high hopes. We started with the cheese curds. They were delicious. Creamy, crunchy outside really good. The kids ordered the Mac and Cheese. Creamy, saucy, but just very bland. I ordered a burger medium well. It was bland, overcooked and dry. My wife ordered a BBQ burger same dry, bland. The waffle fries were good.Service was awful. The waitress mumbled, didn't answer our questions. When it came time for the bill, it took almost 30 minutes to complete the transaction. Waitress completely ignored us while we were trying to get her attention to get the bill. When we finally got it, we set out our credit card, and the waitress started cleaning the table. Wouldn't make eye contact. We had to ask her to run our card so we could go. She seemed annoyed that we would ask.Like I said we had high hopes but Shelby Campbell's is a hard pass next time."

We had a pleasant surprise at this restaurant with a great burger, ambiance, service, and outdoor seating. It was a treat to be able to bring our dog along.

We were disappointed with the Easter brunch priced at $38 per person due to the limited selection of items. It would have been more economical to go to a local restaurant and order breakfast instead. The carving station only had a plain ham from a can. The service, however, was friendly.

We stop here for lunch while shopping Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets. The 4 of us enjoyed our meals and drinks. 3 of us had the grilled chicken and waffle fries and one of us had the soup and salad. For drinks we had a magic martini and a zombie apocalypse. I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the bag of homemade chips instead of traditional bread. One suggestion I have is to include and clearly label dietary restrictions options on the menu, such as gluten-free and vegan dishes.

We came in about an hour and a half before closing time. Even though the chairs were up on most of the tables, they happily opened a section for us. We were slightly fearful that things might not be good being that everyone was ready to go home. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was very good and the servers were even better. Definitely will be coming back here again and again.

This is a great spot to meet up with friends! The menu isn't huge, but there's enough variety for everyone to find something they enjoy. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, one friend had the curry soup, and another had the cobb salad. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent too - our server kept checking in on us to make sure our drinks were topped up. We'll definitely be coming back!

Despite the disappointment in the lackluster selection, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
