First time eating here. It was awesome, great service, great food, excellent atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!

I absolutely enjoyed the view and the service! The food was fantastic, especially the fish steak and chili dogs. The waitstaff were hardworking and attentive.

We've eaten 5-6 times there and have never been disappointed. These people try to establish a great restaurant and become, with a little patience from the cartridges. Keep the good work

Awesome place to eat food is delicious service is Great. The only thing I didn't like was charging you to use your c ard had cash was not made awear until I looked at my recipe later I don't know of a restaurant that does that. Anyway will be back would have rated a 5 if it were not for that. Atmosphere was awesome on the back deck overlooking the water. THANKS

Dan and I dined at Shelly Belle tonight and the food was fantastic. We started with an appetizer of mushrooms, and Dan chose the Wels dinner while I opted for the crab dinner. Our meals were served promptly, and we didn't have to wait long at all. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and had a wonderful personality. Such a wonderful and friendly place to eat! The food is delicious, the staff is top notch, and the atmosphere is so relaxing especially out on the patio right next to the river. The place really does a great job of making you feel right at home. They're still working out some things and I really wish the staff and management would wear masks, but they're super kind and very attentive. This is always our first choice when we're in the area. I highly recommend visiting but I would be cautious during the pandemic since the staff doesn't wear masks.

My family of 6 have been on vacation in nearby Cumberland Gap. A short drive through the 25E tunnel past Harrogate, we came to Shelly Belle's. We sat out on the porch with a view of Powell River. The tables are large, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. Our kids loved their kids meals. In fact, the kid meal burger is huge! I enjoyed the Shelly Belle Burger, as my wife enjoyed fried green tomatoes with a horseradish sauce. Out oldest had buffalo wings. The food was delicious and plenty! The place, although rural, was packed and for good reason. If you're in the area, I recommend a visit to Shelly Belle's!

Shelly Bells is situated on the river bridge heading towards Tazewell. I recall the pleasant journey, which isn’t far, and as I passed the kayaking and rental place, I noticed signs leading to a scenic spot by the river adorned with tall birch trees and a charming wooden house that exuded a welcoming vibe. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiles and had the option to sit at various tables, either in the dining area or outside on the veranda.
