this experience was it the service was a 10/10 never rude and the plus side is that they play music and like not even other places!

They are always closed now. They have a hard time keeping employees around. There's one young guy who works there who does a great job and now I don't see him. I'm over them always being closed.

Just went today … very satisfied with them. The lady was very nice and had a soothing tone and demeanor. Not much it seems , but I don’t get that at a lot of places. So I hope she does well. And thank you for the smoovie ?

The last couple of times I’ve been here there’s a girl who’s always on the phone pinched between her face and shoulder while making drinks and her shirt is always filthy. Today I pulled up and she’s smoking a cigarette right in front of the store while on her phone. I didn’t even go in today. I’ll go find another smoothie before I get anything from her again.

This store has the worst customer service ever!!!! The guy with the glass and the girl both are nasty, when we got there they were setting on the chairs and I understand it’s slow but they were rushing us to order for no reason. When I finally picked my order the guy started giving me an attitude because it’s not on the menu! And he started shaking his head. They need a lot training before they can let them deal with the customer. It is 9:50AM it’s kinda early for this kind attitude.I have been working in customer service for the last 21 years, and they don’t have it in them. View menu

Very weird and unprofessional experience this morning. I submitted an online order that had not even been started yet. While I am waiting in the waiting area, a young man is sitting there who I assume is a child or relative of the employee working. He is watching a movie or videos on his phone that were blasting “ all across the store. Then I’m told they’re out of bananas and spinach? Isn’t that the base of the majority of your smoothies. As a small business owner myself, I find that unacceptable. Period you send somebody to the grocery store right down the road to buy some bananas and spinach to get you through until your delivery arrives. Won’t be back. The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a banana boat smoothie and a mango delight smoothie. The banana boat smoothie didn't have any bananas in it and tasted like sugar and yogurt. I have ordered this smoothie many times before and it has never been like this. I politely informed the server that it didn't taste right and there were no bananas in it. He simply responded with an "oh" and asked if it was a banana boat. I confirmed that it was, and he just said he had put banana in it. My daughter was feeling unwell and asked me to bring her some medication and fruit so she wouldn't have to go out. I decided to surprise her with a fruit-filled smoothie from Smoothie King. Mi'Shayla was very knowledgeable about all the different options for smoothies and quickly took my order. I ordered two 40oz Immune Mixed Berry smoothies, a 40oz Activator Blue Strawberry smoothie, and a trail mix. She efficiently rang up the order and quickly prepared the smoothies, labeling each cup and offering me a drink carrier. She was kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.
