"There’s a small mom and pop place in Chinatown that makes some Cajun dishes the post said. It sounded interesting- especially since I’ve not been out since the pandemic hit island. Turns out it isn’t just authentic Cajun cuisine several other dishes look enticing. The jambalaya is perfection. Great combination of meats, rice, vegetables balanced just the right amount of spices. Then there was this incredible bread that the chef makes himself. The decor is itself a work of art. There is a Salvador Dali piece which is in alignment here. One can easily imagine other surrealists meeting here to enjoy the great food and conversation.Myself, I will definitely be going back there and taking friends to share the incredible experience."
