As a first-time customer, I ordered "the works," and I can confidently say it's the best cheesesteak I've had up north. I also really appreciated that they packed the loaded fries separately, so they didn't get soggy by the time I got home. I will definitely be returning!

I took my family to the Thornton, CO store around 1:00pm on 10/23/2021. Our food was incredible! First time I’ve visited South Philly and I was extremely impressed! Here’s the thing, our service was the best part! There was ONE MAN running the whole store. He worked the register, took the orders and made the food! I hate to see someone struggling that much, but he knocked it out of the park! I even tried to help by going and getting my large order at the counter and he asked me not to sweat it and he brought our food out. He had other orders and customers waiting, but he maintained great service. BY HIMSELF! This man needs a promotion or something!
