"I knew about and had no concerns with the fixed menu and $75 pp cost. However, they clearly overbooked and jammed us into a back room despite our very advance reservation. We are on a room service table from the hotel and the server barely spoke at all, I think in English. He rarely came by, knew nothing about their drinks and I had to go to the bartender, and he basically threw our food on the table. Walking though the main restaurant on the way out, it was almost humiliating seeing the nicer seats everyone else had. Food was “ok” and while I knew about the set price, not the 18% gratuity automatically added for a table of 2. HORRIBLE!"

My husband and I had reservations for Valentine’s Day. The menu was ok, but the ambiance seemed off because the tables were too close and it felt that we had to whisper to talk. The service was great with our server, Marcus. It was a nice evening in the lobby enjoying the live band and our suite afterwards though.

Excellent food...I dined alone and restaurant was not busy, yet I was seated next to the registers where the waiters kept coming to put in their orders. I thought perhaps they had other reservations, but place was actually less busy when I left. No reason anyone needed to be seated at that table, if restaurant was not packed. Other than that, delicious.

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The decor was amazing. The check in process was easy and efficient. The bar service pre meal was awesome. Only 1 issue and reason it’s a 4. No where on your website or the two times your staff confirmed my reservation did anyone say it was a prefix menu. I chose the restaurant for the menu but was not able to choose some of their most popular dishes. View menu

We went to BourbonBar hoping to get some breakfast. Yes, there is bar and bourbon in the name, but given that the restaurant is in the Intercontinental, we were hoping for something decent. We were disappointed. The dated décor and odd furnishing gave way to a lackluster menu. There were very few options, some of which included eggs and bacon for $16. The staff was pleasant enough but I was certainly hoping for better.

The restaurant was a short walk from many hotels and MARTA. The bourbon bar was separate from the restaurant, but a great spot to have a finely crafted cocktail before the meal. Plan to go there before your reservation and yes, on weekend a reservation is a must. From starters to dessert, every bite was delicious. We shared the main dish and had two extraordinary salads and the avocado toast with crawfish. What!? We finished off with the red velvet cake. I will definitely go back!

"My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food. or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so”I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will not be back."
