"My 97 year old grandmother likes to eat here. It looks to be a place with an older crowd draw. The foods OK but our family ages 53 yo, 24 yo and 26 yo found it a bit bland. They may have been understaffed with servers. We got our food slowly and when it finally came, I got someone else's food from another table delivered. We didn't have enough set ups and it took asking 2 people to get them after we got food. Not because they were not trying, they were just understaffed. My grandmother loves the spumoni, they give ice-cream with the senior meals and that is her favorite part. She enjoyed it. I'm glad she has a place to go regularly that makes her happy. She loves the comfort food!"

The House Omelet is absolutely delicious. The country potatoes were a bit too al dente for my taste, but they were still tasty. The staff was very friendly and the service attentive.

Portions are great for the price. All of us had leftovers! Soups are generous bowls, vegetables are perfectly cooked, fruit was fresh, Senior Sole Filet was amazing , pork chops were moist. Recommended the lentil soup and zuchinni sticks, and sherbet (came with Mom 's senior special).

This place has always been my husband and my breakfast place when we're close. We are living far away, but if we were living in the area, we would go very often, since 2013! They are very friendly and offer a fast service. Always over and over! Love the oldies diner feel And it's always clean!

I wanted to try this place out and it went great! I enjoyed being welcomed with my sisters, and it was clean, they kept the social distance, and gave us our order. We ordered the Lumberjack Breakfast it was delicious. All the employees were very nice, and check in on us if everything was good and it was. I'm definitely coming back soon : View menu

I highly recommend this restaurant! It’s very clean, and they don’t overcrowd the tables while maintaining good distance between customers. They are constantly cleaning and checking tables. The service is excellent, with very friendly servers, and the food is fresh. The atmosphere is lovely. We ordered chilaquiles, coffee, and orange juice. Just a heads-up: you can only order them on weekends. My daughter chose the green chilaquiles, and I went for the red. The green ones are spicy, while the red ones are milder— that’s really the only difference.

My dad's favorite restaurant, so when I visit, we end up dining there quite a bit. He seems to have a regular table, which means no waiting time, or maybe he just heads straight for the food, and it’s really tasty comfort food. On my first visit, I ordered a ham and cheese omelette with hash browns and a side of crispy bacon, and it was delicious. The second time, I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a dinner salad; their honey mustard dressing is to die for! Both my dad and his companion tried different dishes and enjoyed them immensely. I highly recommend this place for excellent comfort food at a reasonable price.

"We wanted to try Zov's Bistro and found this restaurant next to it and packed of people. I smelled all the delicious food and was surprised that yelp never recommended this restaurant in Tustin. We ended up changing our mind to give it a try since I have never tried Malaysia cuisine and love trying something new. We ordered calamari, crab rangoon, and a cup of hot and sour soup as appetizers. It was the best fried calamari we ever had, super flavorful and crispy good quality calamari. It was not over breaded or double fried like a lot of fried calamari from other restaurants. Also the best fresh hot and sour soup I have ever had, the peppers the egg and the vinegar just exactly the right portion. The rangoons were basic with fake crab, but a good portion at a great price. For entrees, we ordered Beef Rendang and the seafood clay pot curry with coconut rice chiken rice. You can choose normal steam rice, brown rice, coconut rice and chicken rice. OMG, the coconut rice is like a dessert, smell delicious and it is such a great taste. Seafood clay pot is sooooooo good with fish, scallop, tofu, bunch of veggies and eggplant all in a spicy and savory broth. The beef rendang is soft, flavorful, and great quality. The curry spices used perfectly complimented the meat without overpowering it. It you want to try extremely good Malaysia food!! Definitely give this place a try."
