"I would rate this place a lot higher but the only and main issue that I have is about the dining in/seating area. And this applies to different locations as well, it is extremely cold in the seating area for no reason. Even being fully clothed with multiple layers on the cold still pierces through. Why is the air so high? Even sitting by the fireplace it’s still cold. Service: Dine in Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1"

"Me and family of 3 came around 10:45 on August 29th for breakfast eager to eat good food based on the online pictures however at 11:30 am we still had no food all other customers who came in after us had plates of food paid and left after several waitstaff explained of a computer malfunction and apologized for the delay I got tired of waiting and waiting and waiting we were the only customers with no food still waiting at 11:45am so my and family left unhappy as we passed the female manager at the front counter by the door and exited all looking so very displeased THE MANAGER NEVER SAID THANKS FOR COMING ,SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING OTHER CUSTOMERS EVEN SAID WHY DIDNT YOUR TABLE GET FOOD. I FELT SAD THAT A SUNDAY BREAKFAST HAD TURNED INTO A FRUSTRATING AND HUNGRY DAY AND AGAING THE WAITRESS APOLOGIZED SEVERAL TIMES BUT WHEN THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE IF THE CUSTOMER NEVER GETS FOOD AND LEAVES UNHAPPY IT SAYS VOLUMES IT SAYS ILL NEVER GO BACK I WONT RECCOMEND THIS BUSINESS AND COINCIDENTALLY MY FAMILY WASNT WHITE OR HISPANIC I DIDNT WANT TO SAY THAT BUT AFTER WAITING MORE THAN AN HOUR WHILE OTHER CUSTOMERS ATE FOOD PAID AND LEFT YES IT BOTHERED ME DEEPLY THE WHOLE SITUATION WAS SILLY , UNPROFFESIONAL AND JUST SAD"

"at the arrival we entered the restaurant and was immediately greeted and sat by a beautiful worker there. Eating was excellent and hot, we had a little waiting, but came sooner then expected. please give me an email from me and my wife to this place, would we do it again? without doubt. great customer service, waiter worker on valentinstag and manager for a great work."

"We went here for dinner with the family. I got a French dip. The sandwich was okay, but the meat was a little dry, and if there was any cheese, I couldn't tell. My wife got the fish sandwich, which was okay. She also got a hot tea, and the cup they gave her was very dirty (had mouth marks on it); the waitress took so long coming back to take food ordered she had to get her own replacement glass. One kid got a burger that he liked, the other got the PB&J and cheese sticks; while he liked this, we had to scrape off a lot of jelly, as there was so much it was leaking out even before he touched it. Overall, they were okay, but the waitress mostly ignored us and took a very long time between stops at the table, even though they were not very busy at the time. "As a heads up, the menu doesn’t clearly label what is vegan/vegetarian and what isn’t. Some items say “can be made vegan” but not all vegan items are listed like that. Server was nice, and the food tasted authentic and fresh. The biggest issue we had was the wait time. We went on a Friday 6pm and there was only one other group dining in. We placed our order and the first appetizer didn’t come out until 40 mins into our time there. This wasn’t some kind of huge, complex appetizer either — it was literally 6 falafel balls. By the time our entrees arrived, we had been there over an hour. There was no apology or explanation for the delay. The food we ordered was very basic, so should not have taken even half that time to put together. Overall, I would return here but only for takeout and if I have plenty of time."
