The service was very poor, and the staff seemed indifferent. They didn't pay attention to what they were serving, and there was a noticeable shortage of food.

This restaurant used to be great. It’s the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. People just don’t give a damn about quality anymore. Avoid this restaurant. What an absolute dump. .

This was in Georgia and they have. Or you have to place your order on a computer and then go pick it up. And it can only be a credit card. I ordered several items online, but two of them—chicken tenders and chili mac—were missing when the delivery arrived. I decided to place another order to try to get those items again. Initially, the delivery person was told that they were out of chili, but then they said they had the chili but were out of noodles, so they would substitute it with fries. When I received the order, the chicken tenders were still missing, and I received only a container of chili with fries on the side (which was also missing the cheese). This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location not sending items or making mistakes with what they do send.

I am truly disappointed with this location. Not only did I not receive what I ordered, but they also seem to haphazardly toss items into your bag instead. The business practices here are the worst I've experienced; they overcharge you for items you didn't even order, and not even the manager is aware of what should come with the food. I asked to upsize my drink for an additional $1.50, but they instead added a whole lemonade and extra cheese sauces, which should have only cost 39 cents. When I asked for a receipt, the manager was reluctant to provide it. Additionally, I received a regular burger instead of the BBQ burger I paid for, and the fries were undercooked, cold, and surprisingly gumm...

They exhibited zero quality control or checks, had food delivered from this location and the entire order was wrong, but not just wrong it was in horrible shape, fries were ice cold despite short delivery time, milkshakes were wrong and poorly mixed, drinks were just straight up sugar soda water and some of the flattest sodas I've ever gotten from a restaurant, the Dr. Pepper (if it even was) was nearly clear as water. The burgers were completely plain with no toppings of any kind despite both of us getting premium burgers.
