"I appreciate the excellent service we received at this steak and shake restaurant. The staff greeted us warmly at the door and our server was very friendly. Our food arrived promptly, within 10-15 minutes, and was exactly what we had ordered. I also want to mention that we did not have to wait 40 minutes for our food when using the drive-thru, unlike the location in Beavercreek. We prefer to come here from Fairborn because the Beavercreek location is often very dirty after the dinner rush. I once visited the Beavercreek site after midnight with my best friend and found the floor to be dirty and most tables stacked with dirty dishes. Additionally, it took 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken. This steak and shake location is top-notch, deserving of five stars."

Great place for Burger, Fritten shakes. I had the double steak bacon cheeseburgerfries. Fries are a real shoe style cooked perfectly. In addition, a reese had peanut butter chocolate shake. Everything was great

I had a great experience at this restaurant! It had been a while since I had dined in at a Steak 'n Shake, but I was pleased with the simple kiosk ordering, quick and hot food service, and clean facilities. The food was delicious and affordable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Food was very good today, drivethru service was quick and they have new packaging for the Steak burger of a paper folded wrap inside of a cardboard container which is a nicer presentation. This location has consistently improved from the old days as a corporate store. The personnel are very pleasant and friendly and the general experience is of a higher level than a fast food joint with similar speed. Good place.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time. The service was always terrible before, but now it's amazing with a touch screen order system. You can get your own refills and the food is ready in minutes. Getting rid of servers was the best decision they ever made. The dining room is also clean because you pick up after yourself and there's always a table ready. They will soon have outside dining available. Nice improvements! View menu

Listen. Every other steak and shake must bring it together because it is superior. When you enter, order from an electronic kiosk and pay. You get your drink and sit down. Feel free to add some vanilla or cherry syrup to this drink! You will call your number and you will get your food immediately and hot. Then sit down and eat it. It's so delicious. I get the frisco and cheese frits and it's never so delicious. Besides, my Nutella milkshake came up in a milkshake glass with a lot of delicious whipped cream. Don't miss, go here.

My son and I went on a date and were excited to see that the dining room was open! You walk in, order at the kiosk, then sit down at any table and get your own drinks! The restaurant was clean, our meals were delicious, and it was a very positive experience. We plan on going back soon! UPDATE: I need to update my five star review. My son and I went back for another date in June 2022 and were very disappointed to discover they no longer carry chicken tenders. I always get a burger, but my son only likes the tenders. So we did not eat at our beloved Steak 'n Shake and went to Chick-fil-A instead. I understand that Steak 'n Shake is not doing well and is trying to make changes, but unfortunatel...
