"We had an unfortunate experience dining at Stoke. We ordered a simple cosmo and got something reminiscent of children’s triaminic cough syrup. It was undrinkable so I asked for wine. The bartender came over and said she’d remake it but it was pretty much the same. I got the bad drink plus the wine. I sent back the drink and then we were informed that they wouldn’t take it off the bill. No apology. Appetizers were good but Anna’s Sunday Dinner entree and carnivore pizza were heavily salted. The bill came and we were charged for the drink we sent back, as promised. We let our server know we wouldn’t be back all because of one lousy beverage"

I took my girlfriend here for a last minute date night and it was genuinely the best experience I've had in all of Easton. The host who is named Jose was extremely polite and made us feel at home. recommend for the service and I will say vouch for them having the best pizza in town View menu

I requested a regular table and got a high top. Same thing happened last time we dined there. I felt like there were too many people in such close quarters. We were literally surrounded by people all around us. We have been other places and people were not sat at tables next to each other. That is not the case here

First time at Stoke. We had a reservation and met up with friends. We were seated promptly and our server was at our side right away. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and fun!! Drinks were great!! Our apps and dinners were delicious. An overall great, relaxed and casual dinning experience, can’t wait to go back

We enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service. The roasted butternut squash salad arugula, candied bacon, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds was the star of the show for me. Perfection! The white pizza was also fantastic, the roasted garlic purée really giving it an amazing flavor. Great spot that I’ll gladly recommend and return to View menu

From start to finish a great experience! Server was friendly and informative. Drinks amazing. The ginger tonic was one of best we have ever had! Refreshing light and delicious. Jalapeño margarita perfect as well. The wings and polenta fries were a great start and our pizzas were outstanding. Such a great little gem! We can’t wait to go back

We love the food at Stoke; the servers are very personable and the service is excellent. The pizzas can’t be beat! The crust makes or breaks a pizza, as well as the oven it is baked in. The crust on Stokes pizzas is thin and crispy and the red sauce is fresh and tasty, as is the mozzarella. Closest of all pizzerias within a mile radius to the pizza we had in Italy
