"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was unfriendly and ignored my requests. I asked to use the restroom twice, but she just walked away. Fortunately, another employee came to my aid. When I returned the key, the first staff member merely pointed to the counter for me to leave it there, which I found quite rude and unprofessional. I don’t intend to come back."

I went to Subway to get a sandwich, but the entrance was blocked by a man cleaning the windows wearing headphones. When I finally got inside, there was someone in the back cleaning who didn’t notice me for five minutes. It was a frustrating experience.
