"The decor features the typical Oklahoma blend of cows, crucifixions, and American flags, but there are also some charming southern touches, like a sweet tea sign and a focus on supporting local farmers. The portion sizes seemed generous compared to similar diners and cafes, yet the prices were surprisingly low. I ordered the double cheeseburger, which was hefty enough to satisfy even the hungriest ranch hand and leave him ready for a nap. At just $7.95, that’s a great deal compared to the double or more you’d pay in many big city restaurants.
The burger came with potato chips, but I opted for an additional order of tater tots for $2.00 and paired it with a cup of coffee. My total, including tax, came to $12.98. The highlight of my visit, however, was the incredibly friendly service. The staff here exuded happiness, and my coffee was refilled three times without me even asking. My food was prepared and delivered promptly, and it was clear that the staff knew their regulars well, greeting them warmly while still being friendly and accommodating to newcomers like me.
Don’t expect any fancy decor or upscale dining here; it’s a small town dive. But do come for the generous portions, affordable prices, and welcoming service."
