I would rate 0 stars if possible. I asked them to toast my sub and they fixed the guys behind me before mine and did not toast mine or heat it.

Came in on Friday evening about 7:30. Ordered a wrap, got one small scoop of meat. Asked about wraps supposed to have double meat, was pretty much ignored, worst wrap I have gotten from any Subway in the area. View menu

Everytime I call in a order it is wrong. This time I paid for extra stuff did not receive it and my sub was cold not toasted like I asked. Normally I would just eat it and forgive but it is ridiculous Everytime you use their call in service they get it wrong even after you repeat it to them twice to make sure they got everything.

Ordered some food through the app, a decent size order at that. Didn’t get the extras I paid for, each item was messed up in multiple aspects, and I got charged extra for what was a “double charge” (Note: the charges were different prices, when we were told the order charged twice). Called customer support, the woman did absolutely nothing and told us we ‘complain too much’. Almost every time my family and I have ordered from here, the order had a lot wrong. Good luck getting anything solved though, the customer service is horrible.(TL:DR) Customer service is terrible, almost every order has a lot of issues, you get treated like dirt, and overall isn’t a good experience to deal with.

Placed an order on the app, picked up order and drove home. 2 pieces of my order were left out, left 2 of my kids at home to eat because their food was in the bag, went back to the store and they first refused to give me my items until I drove home and got the other food. Excuse me but if i wanted to lie about their mistake I could just leave items at home and say they were missing. Little miss Attitude rolled her eyes when I requested to speak to a manager and reluctantly called her, rolling her eyes the whole time and wearing her face mask around her neck (where it stayed the whole time i was there, she never actually wore it on her face).
