"If you're looking for a great sandwich, head to the Publix deli instead. Recently, I had a disappointing experience at Subway, and although they were kind enough to send me an email thanking me for my feedback, they didn't offer any sort of refund or discount—something I believe I deserved after that encounter. Well, that’s their loss! I've tried sandwiches from Publix, and I can confidently say they are just as good, if not better. Plus, considering the price I paid for my last Subway sandwich, which was only two-thirds the size it used to be (around $10 with tax), Publix is definitely the better option. Below is an image of the complaint I sent to Subway."
