"The restaurant is rarely open during their advertised hours. I've wasted a lot of time going there only to find it closed, forcing me to go all the way to Whitehall for food. I've decided to stop going to this Subway; it wouldn't bother me if they never opened again, as it seems that's what they are attempting to do. They can't be making any money like this. Don't waste your time visiting—it's likely to be closed even if it says it’s open."

I cannot recommend this Subway location. The manager was quite rude, and I believe I would get better service from a dumpster. If I could give it a negative rating, I definitely would.

I would like to commend the employee who was working today (July 19, 2022, around 4 PM). She is always so friendly and approachable! I've never had a negative experience with her; she is fantastic and truly deserves some recognition.

The restaurant was very clean, but the footlong sandwich I received from the server was disappointing. I ordered the steak and cheese, expecting it to resemble the one in the commercial featuring Jayson Tatum, but I was let down. The server mentioned that if I wanted it to look like the one in the ad, I would need to add all the extra toppings! View menu
