"Most of the employees have been very nice at the drive thru window, but both times in the past month that I've visited, the manager at the window has been inattentive and neglected doing his job well. I understand not wanting to interact with customersmuch, as a fast food employee myself, but I would expect at least a little more from a manager. I've also been missing some fooditems, but I understand since its somewhat common in fast food update: Came in through the drive thru today, this time Iordered through to mobile app to skip the line. Came to the drive thru and waited about a minute to get checked in, and got sentto the parking lot after a few minutes because my food was not ready. I sat in the parking lot for FIFTEEN MINUTES. My food waseventually brought to me by the SAME manager, who said nothing when handing me my food, not even an apology. What made it worseis that we watched several cars go through the drive thru very quickly, while we sat outside in the heat. Would 100% notrecommend if you care about customer service."
