"This place was recommended to me while visiting the city. The food was excellent, service staff were helpful and patient (I had a lot of questions), and the atmosphere was like a fast food joint inside but like a nice patio restaurant with live music out back. The price surprised me $20 for burger, fries, and pop but excellent as I stated above, so it will be a nice occasional treat for myself."

"We like to do zany things... so....we drove over 600 miles to try the restaurant and it was good! My husband saw it featured on a TV food network channel and wanted to go. It was a fun road trip. Our waiter, Hunter, was great. People in Emporia were very friendly. The ribs were really, really good. Ate there Friday and Saturday nights. Need to go home tomorrow. It was fun ;"

"Most of the employees have been very nice at the drive thru window, but both times in the past month that I've visited, the manager at the window has been inattentive and neglected doing his job well. I understand not wanting to interact with customersmuch, as a fast food employee myself, but I would expect at least a little more from a manager. I've also been missing some fooditems, but I understand since its somewhat common in fast food update: Came in through the drive thru today, this time Iordered through to mobile app to skip the line. Came to the drive thru and waited about a minute to get checked in, and got sentto the parking lot after a few minutes because my food was not ready. I sat in the parking lot for FIFTEEN MINUTES. My food waseventually brought to me by the SAME manager, who said nothing when handing me my food, not even an apology. What made it worseis that we watched several cars go through the drive thru very quickly, while we sat outside in the heat. Would 100% notrecommend if you care about customer service."

"Went there for lunch. When we walked in there was a musty smell but we thought we'd give them a try anyways. We ordered 2 Cheeseburgers with fries and 2 bacon Cheeseburgers with fries. For the $1.25 for bacon you get 1 strip. The burger had no seasonings and the fries were cooked in old grease. They were pretty bad. I like alot of bar and grills because usually they have really good Cheeseburgers but this one was horrible. Service: Dine in"

"I ordered carry-out during today’s lunch service: crab salad, KBBQ beef short rib. Unfortunately, the small side of kimchi had clearly gone bad, so I set that aside. Then, I found that roughly 70% of each beef slice was fat; what little meat I could separate was like a thicker version of Jack Link’s teriyaki beef jerky. The avocado in the crab salad was also underripe. I’ve gotten takeout from Ichiban a handful of times before without any problem. I’m not sure what went wrong today, but wow did it go wrong."
