"To say that the service was terrible is an understatement. Went there around 1 hour before their closing time, wanting to dine in. Nobody met me at the door and I was looking for anyone to talk to. After I was finally approached by one of the staff while standing by the front desk I immediately made it known that was my first time at their place and asked for any recommendations. After picking a dish I liked while still standing by the front desk and not even being offered to sit I payed around 34 which I found too much but still added a tip. I was told to wait for 15 minutes which I did. At the end they brought my food packed in a bag to take out. I was confused and told them that I didn’t ask for a take out and wanted to dine in, to what they got aggressively disrespectful telling me that their dining in is closed. I was trying to explain that I mentioned the fact that I am a first timer and didn’t know anything about their work regulations to what I was told in an extremely disrespectful manner that I should have known that “anywhere in America” when you order food by the counter that means you take it out. I didn’t have anything else to say but that they are extremely rude and this is not the way they should treat their customers. They gave me the worst experience. Definitely not going there again and warning anyone I know against it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"I have been to billy boys several times and it kills me I have to leave this review. Today we decided to grab some to bring some food home after a long day. We get our food in the house and our drink container and what crawled out of it but a cockroach. I tried to get the best picture I could. I have to say I am extremely disappointed in this! I'm just grateful I was able to get this dude out of my house and grateful I saw it. Needless to say that was 40.00 waisted and we threw our food away! Proceed with caution"

"The prime rib($41) and the rib eye($58) were thinner and smaller than I am used to. While they were crowded, we were disappointed that our server forgot to bring out our salads and soups, ordered ala cart, prior to our meal. In fact, she forgot about them completely. "Today's visit was Mothers Day Brunch. So many fabulous ,fresh choices. Old favorites like bananas foster French toast and chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. Attentive staff. Stocked buffet. Full bar with great brunch cocktails. Easy peasy. ?? Wheelchair accessibility: A few handicapped spots in front. Great area to unload by the door if you can't get one of those. It took a bit of navigation on this busy Holiday but helpful staff made it easy."

"After paying, I drove home with my order and should have been cautious when I took out the sundae—it came in a plastic container that was hard to open. This was clearly not freshly scooped ice cream topped with warm caramel and fudge; it was obviously pre-packaged. Even though I noticed this, I decided to try it, despite knowing I could have gotten toppings at Tony's for much less than the $10 I paid for this single turtle sundae—yes, $10! I first tasted the whipped cream, which was completely flavorless, so I pushed it aside. The ice cream, caramel, and fudge were all frozen solid, like a brick. Normally, hot fudge and caramel start melting the ice cream by the time you get home, but not this time! Everything remained rock hard, clearly having been stored pre-packaged in a freezer. When I took a spoonful with the hardened caramel, I was disappointed by its gritty, waxy texture. I could feel this unpleasant waxiness on my lips, teeth, and tongue! Having been around long enough, I know this happens when sugary syrups age or are frozen too long. It was utterly disgusting, and I cannot recommend this place. This is what happens when businesses that have been around for a while lose interest in maintaining food quality."
