"I visit this restaurant two to three times a month for my fix of Mexican food. The food is delicious and incredibly authentic, which is why I keep coming back. However, the service is severely lacking, earning it zero stars in my book. Today, I waited 55 minutes for my food to come out, and it's typically a 30-40 minute wait due to the slow kitchen. The staff seem like robots and could definitely do a better job. The manager doesn't seem to care that the service is slow and that orders are not being followed. I am so frustrated that I felt compelled to write this review. Despite there being over a dozen employees, it seems like no one takes responsibility for the poor service."

I've ordered the trumpo tacos three times now and found quite a bit of fat in them twice. I recommend getting these on Tuesday to get the best chopped meat and a discount. I didn't like it as much on Thursday night.

We came here because it was the closest restaurant open near our hotel. God blessed the hands that made my fajitas, beans, and rice. My son's fish plate was great as well. My wife got lemon pepper wings. Never order wings from a taqueria. View menu

I visited on a Thursday evening when it wasn't too crowded, and the service was quick. There were lots of options on the menu! We ordered the chicken nachos and a 10-taco platter special. The food was delicious, and I definitely plan on returning again!

Not ever again going to buy from here again. Tacos are not good like they use to too. They are all greasy and not fully cooked. The fajita not good ether my son was choking on some plastic that came in his fajita taco. And the tamales no good they came with bones inside. Wasted a total of almost $100 dollars this place is not worth the prices. This place is garbage. Had to throw away the food because not even my dogs deserve to eat this.

The good was delicious and fresh.The service was horrible.We ordered take out.The lady that took our order was friendly and took care of my order.The other ladies that worked there served customers way after I had been there, when I went to counter to see where order is at almost 30 minutes later she just rolled her eyes when we asked about how much longer for our order.I guess it was a case of prejudice. I had completely forgotten about my trip to Dallas until I saw numerous recommendations for Taqueria Taxco on social media. While I was in Dallas, I made sure to visit this restaurant. I ordered the potatoes, egg and cheese plate along with a side of coffee. The food was incredibly delicious, with a wonderful soft and tasty texture. The tortillas were large and hot, yet still delicious. The coffee was exceptional, with a rich flavor unlike any I had experienced before. I will definitely make it a point to visit Taqueria Taxco again next time I am in Dallas.

The wait for our order was over half an hour, while others who arrived after us received their food promptly. Despite ordering 10 tacos and a burger, we continued to wait as customers who ordered the same received their meals. Our attempts to get the attention of the staff went ignored, with the server standing right behind us but not acknowledging us. In the end, we waited a long time only to receive a small portion of fries. I would have been better off spending $8 at McDonald's for a full meal rather than a few fries and a dry burger. The restaurant did not meet our expectations and the quality of food was disappointing.
