Even with franchises coming in town with shinier bells and whistles, Tea Break is still my favorite. The customer service (read: nice, attentive) and products are just better!

Really enjoy their boba tea not much else to day. They have a good selection of flavors as well. Note: always get the big straw if you get the boba in y9ir tea otherwise it won't fit through the straw.

I love this place! It?s become my new go-to when I need a boba tea. Staff is friendly, prices are competitive, and they do the cool cup-sealing thing that prevents spills. All drinks are lactose free, but no vegan options. You can customize the sweetnessof your tea, which is a nice perk. View menu

Probably the first bubble tea place in this blue back west Hartford area, before all the other ones flooded in this past year (kung fu, gong cha etc). This is where I have gone and never been disappointed! It’s a great stop when strolling around blue back, while shopping around on a sunny day. I usually get original milk tea with bubbles or grass jelly, low sugar, low ice. But they got so many options and lots of yummy drinks to choose from!

First time visiting Tea Break with my wife and mother-in-law since they have been wanting to try the infamous bubble (boba) tea. I, personally, am not a tea-drinker and I was skeptical. I ordered the Mango Milk Tea and was hooked after the first sip! Amazing flavor! My wife and her mother each had the Classic Pearl Milk Tea (Red/Green) and LOVED it!!! The boba really added a new dimension to this beverage and were quite flavorful! We will definitely be back!

We love Tea Break- they serve great, authentic bubble tea, are quick to prepare it, and it?s consistent and delicious! They?ve done an amazing job weathering the pandemic, and have been cautious along the way to keep their staff and customer safe, which Ireally respect. With additional bubble tea stores opening in town, they may need to up their customer experience game to staycompetitive (not having staff hang out at tables blocked off behind the counter while customers are in the store, etc. . Theyhave a pretty large space but it?s been narrowed down for customers the past few years. They?re still our favorite bubble teaspot! View menu
