Just average, nothing really standup.Jasmine green tea with agar boba, popcorn chicken and melon aiyu.

I really like this place, but I feel they are never open. Great flavors and choices, especially the non-caffeinated options, but they aren't open at lunchtime or later evening. Changing the the business hours would make it 5 stars for me.

I did not receive the topping I ordered and the drink was not good. Despite the apps indicating my order was ready, when I arrived at the store, the drink had not even been started. I will not be returning to this place and would advise others to stay away. View menu

Okay this is pretty good bubble tea! I had the pearl milk tea, 50% sweet. It was perfect, not too sweet, and the pearls were chewy, but not too chewy with a bit of sweetness. I felt it was just lacking a tad of tea taste, But overall this was very good and I would come here again!

I adore the wide selection of drinks at this cute little shop near Santa Clara University. The milk teas and smoothies are fantastic and just what I was looking for! They offer a lot of toppings and delicious snacks as well. The only downside is that parking can be a challenge since the shop is located near the downtown area.

Doesnt taste the same.. asked for aloe boba and it was way too mushy (zero chewiness) so i asked if i can get it replaced with a different topping because i wanted to throw it away anyways. After i got it replaced , i tasted the new one and half of the topping were STILL aloe. So sad. At least the second one could have been free of mushy aloe.... Extremely slow bad service. Every once in a while I come back here. If it 's dead, and no one is there, then I might get my drink in reasonable time. Sometimes the person is on break or doing something in back and will just completely ignore me until I leave after waiting several minutes. Today there were a couple people waiting, and the person actually said, I 'll be with you shortly which is unusual. Unfortunately she only came back to register 15 minutes later and then took another 10 minutes to make it. And she didn 't ask if I wanted to adjust the sweetness or ice, and I 'd forgotten to say so after standing there for 15 min. So total of 25 minutes to get a drink. I ordered ahead once a...

Tea Plus is a small shop on the corner, I had seen it several times and had them bookmarked for so long before finally having the chance to stop by to try their drinks. Although parking is street parking there were plenty of parking along the street, but the parking strip is very narrow so be careful backing out. My first thoughts of the shop were that the exterior and interior were modern as well as sleek. When you walk in, the staff was not as welcoming, they just stand there, wait for you to be ready to order, take your order then move on to make your drinks. So to start off, this was our first time trying out this shop. We came around 1:00PM on a Saturday, there were no customers, it was slow, not busy, and empty. The customer service was mediocre at best, poor at worst. I asked the cashier for recommendations for drinks and was given a poor attitude while also being nonspecific nor helpful navigating or suggesting anything on their menu. I was also charged twice for a drink that I only wanted one quantity of, the cashier never confirmed my order back to me to avoid any transactional mistakes, granted I should have double-checked the receipt.
