friday's has slipped. not the chain it was at one time. weekend night and half filled. steak has terrible.

slow service at a slow night. raw bevel instead of cold bee a hot sandwich? haare on child plates. manager never came too table, but removed eating with problems. the ambiente was good and the hostess was very polite and personal. all and all 2.5

I had a fantastic dinner experience at Friday's. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. It really varies depending on who’s working that day. Sometimes you get the staff who seem to dislike their job, their lives, and even the customers. On other days, though, you'll encounter a team that’s committed to doing their best with the resources they have. i used to work here and one of the mangers literally was touching his hair then his pants and began to go to the cooking area and mixed someone's salad with HIS BARE HANDS i'm glad they closed this placed down cause the cooking workers here omg disgusting i don't wanna know what else they used to do behind there some cookers wouldn't even clean there hands after throwing the trash or doing something with them hands.

I had a party of five. the restaurant was not busy at all. although our server, anastasia was friendly and professional, the service was extremely slow. When I spoke to our server, I learned that the management did not expect a large amount due to the weather. apparently the people have also called “No Show”. (as is typically expected with inclusion weather. our server was stretched to serve almost all the tables in our area. yet we enjoyed our lunch and talk. my tipp reflected our server hard work in the midst of a challenging situation.

I want to start by saying giving this review even one star annoys me. My husband and I went to this location over the weekend, and just needed something quick to eat. We were visiting the area so we were unfamiliar with this particular location. We used our points from the Fridays app to get our food for take out. We ordered two Sizzling Friday 's Signature Whiskey-Glazed Flat Iron Steak . The app prompts for medium well steak so we went with that. However, when we got our food it was anything but medium well, it may as well have been raw meat. The inside of the steak was not cooked at all.
