"After our initial visit, we decided to return on a quieter weekday. To our surprise, the owner approached us at our table, recognizing me from my Google review photo. He confronted me about my earlier review, questioning how I could write something like that without understanding the challenges he and his staff faced. I explained that I came to the restaurant to enjoy a meal, not to learn about the struggles of running a restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience there was disappointing, and I didn’t feel welcomed. Given the owner’s unpleasant attitude, we’ve decided that we won’t return, regardless of how good the food may be. **First Visit Experience:** During our first visit on a busy weekend, the restaurant was so packed that they couldn’t guarantee us the Thali meals we wanted, even though we were ready to wait for the suggested hour to be seated. My pregnant wife was in need of food, and I had brought her there to satisfy her pregnancy cravings for traditional South Indian Thali. We requested at least some sambar rice since it was already late afternoon and we were quite hungry. After driving 30 miles one way, we ended up having to search for a nearby Chipotle to eat. I had the pleasure of dining in for lunch, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Both the Non-Vegetarian Thali and the Veg Thali were standout dishes that I highly recommend. The service was commendable too, with a rating of 4 out of 5, making for a pleasant meal. I visited this restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere felt a bit crowded and noisy. To start, we ordered the Indian coffee, which was quite enjoyable and warm. We also tried the Mysore Masala Dosa, which was tasty, but the Schezwan Veg Fried Rice was a letdown; it really didn’t taste like it included any Schezwan sauce. The service was a little slow, and they initially mixed up our order by bringing us a regular Masala Dosa instead of the Mysore Masala Dosa. However, they corrected it promptly when we brought it to their attention.

Place is small with limited seating which explains all the negative reviews regarding wait times. Went during a weekday for lunch and the wait times were non-existent.
