I really enjoy the coffee, but the terrible music is definitely going to make me stop coming here.

The lady on the cashier was pretty cute and nice. She help me pick a drink out for my sister and for myself.

I just want to say, the workers at Coffee Bean deserve a raise. They’re always so kind and professional, very efficient and overall I really enjoy their service. I really enjoy this location and the staff there.

This has become my favorite spot! The staff consistently delivers outstanding customer service, which I greatly appreciate. The drinks here are simply the best—Coffee Bean easily outshines Starbucks. I love Coffee Bean drinks, but, at this specific location, their drinks are neither bad nor really good. Also, the ambiance is really outdated and everyrhing looks old and worn down. Please get a makeover. Moreover, I miss the old team. They were extra nice and efficient. Went here lately and some of the new people seemed like they just woke up. I say this because it's not too easy communicating with them. Like I actually have to spell things out for them to get my order correct, and my order wasn't even complicated.

It was about 8am on Monday morning. Other coffee places are jam packed with people. I noticed right when I parked in front of the establishment that it was dead. I didn’t know if they weren’t open until I walked closer and saw someone sitting inside. He was the only customer. I went in and grabbed a Hazelnut Latte and a Beyond sausage and egg sandwich. The girl asked me if I wanted it toasted/heated which I thought was weird. Why would I want it cold? No big deal.The result was a decent drink, but a sandwich that would have been better suited for the trash can. The sausage is tiny and much smaller than the bread. The bread was hard and burnt. This was my first time ordering from this The Coffee Bean and the Tea Leaf Cafe. I placed my online order on the Door Dash App on Saturday morning on May 20, 2023 in the early morning. I love this place! My orders was the One Ham, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich on a Brioche Bun, it’s also oven toasted, One Mixed Berries Granola Yogurt Parfait, One sliced Lemon Loaf Cake with Lemon Icing that’s oven toasted with my request. My drink was the One Caramel Iced Latte with the whipped cream topping. My total order was $25.20. That’s a good price for the order I received yesterday.
