"I recently visited The COOP in Gillette, Wyoming, based on high recommendations from the locals. Unfortunately, my experience was quite underwhelming. I started with what was described as homemade breaded cheese triangles, which turned out to be heavily breaded cheese empanadas that tasted overly greasy. For my main course, I ordered the half chicken with corn and French fries. The corn consisted of two small cobs, both of which were burnt, and the chicken, while edible, lacked flavor—I’ve honestly had better from Costco. While the food fell short of expectations, I will note that the service was pleasant; the waitress was kind and attentive without being overbearing. Despite this, I don’t anticipate returning."

Best mojitos in town!! Love love love the staff. Always friendly and very attentive. I am obsessed with the naked chicken tacos paired with black beans and rice.

Heard good things finally stopped in and, What took me so long??? Walked in the door and of course packed came over and said it'll be a bit and offered me a drink while i wait, thats service!! (cute too, lol) Had the chimichanga which was very good, but that Coop soup is truly nectar for the Gods, Wow oh Wow. I'd fall in a pool of it and eat my way out if i could. Soooo good i ordered wings cuz of the smell. Keep uo the awesome work, keep smiling and for sure will be back to try other items. Don't miss the Coop, regardless of size, yummmmmy.

A Disappointing Culinary Experience: I have dined at this establishment on multiple occasions, and each visit has been increasingly unsatisfactory. The inconsistency in the quality of the food is truly frustrating. One visit, a full bird may be flavorful and well-prepared, while the next, it is bland and underwhelming. To compound the issue, the portion sizes for the four person meal are remarkably small. Diners are likely to leave the table feeling hungry. The prices, however, do not reflect the meager servings. While the ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant, the subpar food and service overshadow any positive aspects. I will not be returning in the foreseeable future.
