The Copper Penny - Menu

Always love the Copper Penny. I give 4 stars because they close at 3:00. Wish they stayed open longer ;

This is a great restaurant in the area! The breakfast is delicious and the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly!

I had a large delicious omelette served with 3 big and fluffy pancakes and 2 slices of toast. The service was quite slow, but the great breakfast made up for it. View menu

My family and I dine in with copper penny a few times each quarter. The food is always hot tasty. Our typical order consist of omelette with sausage gravy so so good.

I have been going to the Copper Penny for a year now for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday I have never had such consistent omelets and eggs! Kudos to the chef! Great job! View menu

Food is usually good, prices are good, but the service is horrible and they turn customers away when they still have open tables. You can wait up to an hour for your order. We had to stop going there when the waitress took 10 minutes to get our drink order, another 10 to bring them and get our food order and then she comes back 20 minutes later to tell us that they were out of the breakfast steak and all steak as a matter of fact! What would we like instead? We paid for the drinks, left, and haven't been back.

The chicken pita was very good, very heavy on the cheese. I did not like the onion rings at all they were so big with very heavy breading. The Philly cheese steak was pretty good and the French onion soup was good. But $42 for onion rings I couldn’t finish 2 sandwiches and a soda with frys is a lot for the quality of the food plus $50 after you tip and it took about 30 minutes to get my lunch. The waitress was very good and nice to talk to. I would go back but only for the breakfast deals every time I come in with a friend I always wonder how we spend more than $50 at a diner.

I'm sooooo done with this place...every time we come here it's something... Today my friend's ordered burgers, they came out on sub buns.. Then theyre out of coleslaw that was supposed to come with the meal.. They should have been able to substitute a small salad but NO substitues. My srambled eggs cold and hard, Yuk. Last week, had to ask the waitress several times to bring : straws, silverware, napkins, didn't bring lemon for water that I asked for. Never came back for coffee refills. Then week before that The waitress brought me something that I didn't even order then apologized and ask if it was okay and I said okay just to be done with it.
