I called to inquire about a ham, and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. I don't understand how a business can attract customers with such an attitude.

This restaurant is fantastic year-round, not just for the holidays! You won't be disappointed with any of their lunch sandwiches. Plus, you can get a voucher for a free sandwich! Everything is incredibly delicious!

Phillip the manager was not helpful in refunding our money for burnt hams after we left town. He said bring them back rotten with maggots after two weeks camping and he would replace. Are you kidding me Have a happy Thanksgiving. View menu

The restaurant needs better organization and customer service. It doesn't make sense to have one line for both pre-orders and regular orders. Customers who pre-ordered shouldn't have to wait in the same line. This was my last visit.

The customer service was extremely poor, and the ham slices were disappointing as well. I will not be returning to this Honey Baked Ham Store. The lack of customer assistance was significant, and the ham was spoiled and unappealing. This was a one-time visit for me.

I had the opportunity to be trained in answering phones, taking orders, and managing the register during peak seasons at this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed with their delicious offerings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. When placing your order, please be prepared to use codes—having a pencil and paper handy will help. There's no need to provide your name; just bring the code assigned to your order. It tends to get quite busy, so your patience is appreciated. This ham and food are definitely worth the money. However, I’m not sure if all stores operate this way. I waited over an hour despite having an appointment and paying online. They had everyone in one line, regardless of whether they had pre-ordered, which upset many customers. Those who hadn’t planned ahead were receiving hams and turkeys that were likely set aside for pre-orders. I ordered a 5-pound ham, and when I finally reached the register, they only had one ham available, which weighed 4.1 pounds. It was a complete disaster, and I wasn’t about to wait another 20 minutes for a 5-pound ham that should have been reserved for me. I took what they had, and the staff gave me a free soup mix...

I use to frequently come to this location for all my families holiday needs. This was my first time returning in 6 years and I have to say it was sad. The store is dirty and very uninviting unlike how it was. No one greeted me when I walked in and there was only one person behind the counter who was complaining about how bad the location was and didn?t understand why it hasn?t been moved to trinity. When it was finally my turn after listening to the employee complain for 5 min).
