I had the protein balls and they were praline flavor and the Nutella smoothie. Omg wow delicious that’s a combination of 32 grams of protein and soooo tasty. Great meal replacements and delicious. I was assisted by Susan and she was so polite and helpful and even remembered my name. It’s right by my house and I will definitely continue to support this small business.

I frequently stop by this fantastic place. The atmosphere is inviting, the smoothies are outstanding, and the owners, along with their family and staff, are wonderful! I keep an eye on my blood sugar with a continuous glucose monitor, and I've found that my levels remain stable despite how delicious everything is. You definitely don't want to miss out on this spot—stop by and see for yourself!

I recently visited Nutrition Spot in Prescott and had been wanting to try this location for a while. Today was finally the day! Their shakes are incredibly nutritious and satisfying, serving as a full meal replacement. We opted for these instead of our usual lunch. I tried the coconut French toast, while my friend had the espresso coffee ice cream, and both were absolutely delicious. They even offer dry mixes to take home. I highly recommend it! View menu

$9 for a protein shakes is outrageous. We went today and while the lady was extremely kind she completely lost me once she flashed her Masonic hand sign. This place is clearly overrated. The shake wasn’t even blended well. It had small pieces of ice throughout the entire shake and to be honest my shake I make at home is hands down better. Also I didn’t realize they use a soy based protein which for men is extremely dangerous. Soy is linked to higher estrogen levels in men and lower testosterone levels.

The owner of the smoothie shop is amazing and she provides a wide variety of smoothie options that taste great and are filled with good amount of protein.Many of the smoothies here taste like your favorite desserts except without the guilt of unnecessary fillers or artificial sweeteners.
