"My wife and I were walking around and enjoying the North End. When we decided to look for a burger joint in The North End. Yeah, I know... in the North End. Well we found The Point! The menu looked good... it wasn't jammed packed on a Sunday... so we stopped in. Excellent friendly staff, fantastic huge, delicious burgers! Very good sized portions. Ya get whatcha pay for, (decent pricing for sure). And my tap Guinness was cold and perfect. Plus some live music furnished by a guitarist named Fred Ellsworth. We enjoyed the place, our meals and the music. WE will be back."

Fun bar, good food and cocktails. Right in front of the bar is the Boston Stone. The focus was on shaping the streets of Boston.

Had some fantastic BBQ nachos here and they had Sam Adams Oktoberfest in August! I love that. The service was fast and the waiting staff was good at checking for us, they all seemed to share the load of bus driving, orders and go food.

Great bartenders! Drinks were great. Stuck with my usual Moscow mule. Can't go wrong. The bartenders work together. Nice to see that. Great selection of drinks. The nachos were bomb! Make sure you check the old structure bars that make this historic bar. View menu

Beer and buffalo cauliflower a, dipped in blue cheese, not my thing, but beat it. A local named Wallie joins a box of donuts and coffee for the bartenders and shares with us. Hospitality is incomparable. Enjoy being safe and not drinking and driving, take the Khakis.

probably one of my latest favorite tapes in all boston. the season on the French pommes was amazing and the homemade ranch is probably the best I ever had. bonus points for amazing bartenders like cherry and alex that were super friendly while also giving some good advices to do for things.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
