"We LOVE this place. In fact my husband and I ride our bikes here every weekend. However, we feel for the kids who work here and experience technical issues every time we’ve been here. We always come prepared with both cash and card. Every single time they are kind, and professional, but we understand how frustrating it can be dealing with this constantly. Hopefully the owners can equip them with fabulous equipment to keep up with how fabulous the kids they hire are.Update: downgraded to one star because yet again we are here and there is an issue with the payment system and everyone is trying to figure out if they have cash or if they cannot buy ice cream today."

We’re from Texas, so when we say this tastes like Bluebell, it’s a huge compliment. It was a 105 degree day and this is just what we needed. Had the lemonilla and raspberry cheesecake, and pup got a pup cup. Great ice cream, great vibes, and thank god for air conditioning. The @hoponandholdon crew will definitely be back.

Expensive designer ice cream.Very delicious, but two doubles (largest size before the pint) were $15.Then they do that new thing of asking for a tip in a not tip wage business. You did three minutes worth of work, what am I tipping for...service? It's not like I have eaten anything yet, or you did anything close to a restaurant server.I will always down grade a review when you ask for a tip in a none tip position.Also, not the cleanest location. Few tables. Few garbage cans. Over full for how many workers and guests.
