"After 18+ years, came back to what is nicknamed Reggae Sushi, on account that they 're chilled and play nonstop Reggae music. Although, the vibe was relaxing, it didn 't have that same cool chill vibe nor friendly. I had the premium $70 omakase. Although it was pretty good, it was really good. It did cost less than other places, I 'm not sure I would soon come back, mostly due to the service. The chef served the sushi but without any explanations, descriptions, or if I should not apply any soy sauce (since some were served already sauced with something). I didn 't get my sweet shrimp 's head like it 's prominently shown in their web site. I also don 't like it when a place served a bunch of other at once. Our waiter didn 't once check in on us; I would have liked another beer Maybe it 's because we sat at the bar. But we shouldn 't have to wait and to finally have to ask for a tea refill. I normally tip 20%, but this time 18%, but I 'm thinking that was too much. Maybe it was an off night, but with so many other places, it might be another 18 years before I 'll make it back."

The quality is excellent. I had the most delicious eel sushi of my life here.

Very good food. My only quibble is I wish the nigiri were slightly larger, especially for this price point. But the food quality is quite good, and the rice is very well done.

I had a great meal here. Everything was fresh, the chef was great and was playing a chill reggae mix (I heard him singing along to a few tunes). Real positive vibes from this guy. It's a small place, the staff was nice, and the food was on point. I don't live anywhere near this place, but I will be back. ?

I had an amazing first experience at the Sushi House. I loved the high quality fish, the reggae music atmosphere, and the intimate setting. I always enjoy sitting at the bar. I was grateful that the chef asked if there was anything I didn't like or wanted when I ordered omakase. I am already looking forward to my next visit. View menu

This is our go-to sushi restaurant in the neighborhood that never fails to impress. The fish is consistently fresh with a great variety to choose from. The flavors are fantastic and the chef does an excellent job. The prices are very affordable. We enjoy sitting at the sushi bar, but there is also a lovely outdoor patio option.

Confused about the hype. Didn’t let us pour our own soy sauce. Seaweed salad was good, but nothing else. Shishito peppers were over cooked, overly salty, and oily. Fish was luke warm and not fresh. Tasted like Canned tuna and mayo on the inside of the Super Man roll. None of the rolls were tightly rolled. Vibey in the back patio.

It was the worst sushi that has ever made contact with my tongue. We ordered the California roll, and it was completely flavourless. one could literally only taste the immigration crab in the middle. We also ordered chicken tereyaki and it was visibly raw. In total we spent 51$ for nothing appitizing. The best thing we had was the Sprite and we didn't even buy it there View menu

Little did I think after going to the pet store to look at fish, I would end up here to eat some…. but boy am I glad I did! The “Hummer roll” with yellowtail was excellent and the fish tasted high quality. The interior is quite small and certainly caters to those who enjoy sitting at the bar and ordering from the chef. If you decide to eat there or order pick up, I would advise paying in cash as they offer a 10% discount.

"I never leave bad reviews when I can help, but from our experience last night I only had to say for dinner as a whole was so disappointing, the least and after the output it was just a complete bill. if they come here for a nice dinner, they have great food or steaks please skip. go somewhere else food: we ordered the oysters, lobster bisque, bread basket (the btw is) and the tomahawk steak with sides. the entire meal was nothing special, characterized by the fact that even though our server always say that its just come out of the often his hot we have the broth basket roomtemp and the lobster bisque as a think. none of them were served hot. I give these stars only because of the tomahawk steak in the middle well, it was delicious. it was a hope that it would be good, right? we ordered the familiar and the brussels sprouts, but it came out, served on small dust sacks. small portions. a little taste. Note: they no longer serve the special measurable and sauce for any steak order. bummer ambiance service: la boucherie is on the floor of the hotel so that the prospects in the night are amazing. server were nice and polite. they were attentive and very professional. everything in all, if I can turn back the time, I wouldn't be here at all. the evening has lost its elegance and prices do not justify the disappointing food. I hope they can fix this and bring back the old la boucherie charme and aromen."
