The Westin Beach Resort

Hotel was fine but the room was way too humid and could not get it less humid. Even with the AC all the way down it was gross and sticky. On our last night heard someone else mention they were in a room that was humid and asked to move. Guess we got their room.Told the front desk on the way out and he didn't apologize...when I asked he said he'd send someone to look at it (we're leaving so doesn't help us)...still no apology.

This Westin property is truly impressive, featuring clean rooms, an excellent fitness center, and valuable food and beverage options. My main concern, however, is the $48 valet parking fee. While I understand this is common in the area, it could deter locals looking for a staycation. For those driving, I recommend heading to Miami Beach, where public parking and more walking options are available. But if you're flying in, this hotel is a great choice!

The waiter was the highlight of it all. He had so much personality and he would make sure I was always good even if he?s doing something else or at the bar or another table. He always looked over my table to see if I needed him for anything. He suggesteda drink for my bf and he loved it, he also recommend the screw driver to me. My food was delicious! I rarely visit the same restaurant twice and almost never visit it more than 3 times. However, Tinta was an exception from my rule. We came to Four Lauderdale for a few days and tried different restaurants on the oceanfront. Tinta was the best among allof them. That one had a wonderful scenery outside and inside, delicious food and reasonable prices. My husband and I alwaysshared one plate and it was completely enough to fully satisfy the hunger. When we come to Fourt again, we?ll come to eatchocolate pancakes again! Thank you!

Visited Tinta for brunch. This is a beautiful brunch spot with a beautiful view of the beach. We had the cinnamon swirl pancakes and the two egg breakfast. Both were delicious. The pancakes were filling but not overly sweet. I ordered a side of bacon tooffset the sweetness. The two egg breakfast was simple and served up as expected. It came with 2 eggs, choice of breakfast meat,potatoes and toast. I also ordered the iced coffee which was served with khalua and was refreshing considering it was already ahot morning in Florida. Although the hotel was clean, I am VERY unhappy with the reservations. They completely booked under a different rate than what I requested. I repeatedly requested Florida Resident rate and they booked and charged me for a Family Package. I only needed the room for myself and a friend (who was already there). They also told me at checkout that with the package they booked me for, I had a $50 meal credit, which I never knew about and had spent over $100 in their restaurant that night. They claimed at checkout that they couldn't do anything other than credit me the $50 for the meal credit. We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Westin!Pros The pool and the service and food at the pool were top notch. Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and did I mention the service? Cleanliness was really great here. Our room was cleaned daily and we had what we needed. The Mexican restaurant Lona had really good enchiladas especially with the red sauce and they had some of the best margaritas I've ever had. The atmosphere was great with even better views. Highly recommend! Access to the beach is literally an elevator ride awayCons If you see the word resort and are expecting a resort experience, this is not exactly that. I think the resort fee covers just beach chairs, bottled water and towels...

As a Titanium with with Marriott I have never experienced anything like this. I flew in on Friday with my son for what we thought would be a great weekend only to be informed AT CHECKIN that the pool would close every day during our stay at 2pm for a private festival. Unacceptable! I travel enough to know that properties email their booked guest all the time to give them a heads up on things that might impact their stay: construction, remodels, restaurant closures, etc. There was NO notice given which means that they only concern themselves with occupancy rates rather than the care and comfort of their guests. I was offered by a manager comped resort fees or they that could cancel my reserva...

Hotel is right across from the fabulous beach. Ocean view room was greAt! Aaron welcomed us at the valet. He was spectacular (we had two pre-k age boys with us and he was super friendly and patient. He was the best in the valet area! . Valet doesn’t work if you are running late haha. sometimes they only have 1 person and you have to wait 10 min for the car. Pedro, Shanique, and Dylan in the pool area were always in a good mood!great costumer service! Our waiters in the pool were also sweet and cool. Thank you all !!!
