The breakfast sandwich and TimBits were decent, but the coffee was far too weak—almost like it had been watered down. After taking a few sips, I ended up tossing it down the sink.

They attempted to tell the driver that I needed to cancel my order, likely because they were overwhelmed with customers. As a result, they ended up not delivering my entire order.

Typically, the service is good when it’s just the person taking orders. However, it tends to take a long time, and you might end up missing your train. Make sure to request a receipt. The drinks are quite good.

Just went there today. Extremely disorganized. Bad management. Gave incorrect donuts when it was specific what we wanted. Gave false advertisement for how much a 6 pack was, no strawberry given and no double powdered. Rude, and dismissive. DO NOT GO HERE.

Management: PLEASE start serving decaf espresso based drinks and/or decaf iced coffee. It makes no sense to have (potential) customers wait in line for how long (service is slow, probably due to staffing issues) just to find out they can’t have a basic coffeehouse staple… and it puts your already-busy employees in an awkward position. I ordered a small hot chocolate and paid an extra $0.75 for whipped cream. The person who took my order gave me such a tiny amount that it was almost laughable. When I asked for more, he opened the lid to show me the disappointing amount of cream, which barely covered the lid of the cup. This happens every morning. I only gave two stars because he works in the morning. However, in the evening, there’s a young woman who gives me more than enough whipped cream for what I pay.

They kept saying they didn’t get my mobile order when I was literally showing my receipt. It was a young looking girl with her mask sitting comfortably on her chin not even covering her mouth. She caught an attitude because I showed her my receipt. How does a receipt make you mad I don’t know. They DID have my order but either gave it to the wrong person or forgot to bag it. 1 star for that girl’s nasty attitude. It was literally a muffin I don’t know why she was acting like I was trying to rob the store.

This place is horrible 2 of the most laziest workers I’ve ever seen in my life they look like zombies I was picking up a grubhub order from this place that came in at 7:30 I was ten miles away when I accepted. They text me at 7:35 to tell me that it would take 25 min. I said fine got there at 8:00 for them to tell me it would be another 10 min went back in and they guy say almost ready he was just pulling out the bagels out of the toaster at 8:11 and I’m waiting in my car they just text me to say the order was ready at 8:19 just for 4 bagels with creams cheese and apple juice.
