"My partner and I often make the drive from West Jefferson to Sparta. The manager informed us that they are open until 3:00 in the afternoon. We were disappointed when we arrived at the door on Saturday at 1:30. This has been happening for several months with an early closure! The last time, we barely made it before they closed at 1:30. It's a shame because Trojan Terrace has delicious food. We have discovered a new restaurant closer to home with more reliable hours. Sparta is too far to come for lunch only to be let down, because they cannot trust what a restaurant tells them."

The patio is open from 7am to 3pm on multiple days of the week. They serve breakfast all day. My daughter and I had a waffle, egg, and bacon. The prices are very affordable and the atmosphere has a charming small city vibe.

During our drive through Sparta, we stumbled upon this fantastic small restaurant that offers breakfast all day. As we sat at the bar, we were entertained by the cook AJ and his helper who worked tirelessly. My husband ordered an omelette that was cooked to perfection. We are considering moving to Sparta and will definitely return to try their lunch and dinner options. We highly recommend this place, just be prepared to wait as everything is cooked to order.
