"The first impression was a thick zero. When we were about 3 minutes away. You said there was no waiting time. We're going in, there's three hostesses around the booth. No one looks up after two minutes. They were too worried about who a lady sat on table 51, because a 6 top should go there. Then they finally confirm that the galley with shoulder length of dark hair asked if we have reservations. I say no, then she says it'll wait at least a 1/2 hour. The place is not busy (I understand that staff could be a problem). I then said I called less than 3 minutes ago and they said there was no waiting time. This hostess looks up and says good! I wish people would tell me if they answered the phone. Then she goes annoyingly to the other two to put us. That was so unpleasant and unprofessional and something we would not have witnessed as customers. The waitress was nice, though she didn't give us the specials, as we heard others were receiving. Even no bread, although not a big thing, is still beautiful, but was not offered. My husband had Ribeye and was very happy. I had the scallops and they were like that. I'm gonna say the Risotto was badly understated. Hard and chewy. We were happy to come here for business through the week, but this experience tonight, especially with the hostess, was just a wow."

Our server was excellent. The drinks were very good. That was the end of the good experience. We used to eat at TS

Wonderful evening. Atmosphere pleasant; service good and food delicious. As mentioned in other reviews the salad bar is excellent. View menu

Trolley Bar charges premium prices and the experience should follow. 2 of the 5 scallops were less seared and clearly prepared separately. The risotto was under done and lacked flavor. The asparagus was sad. The tiramisu was dry. The salad bar was not well maintained. The ladies bathroom was dirty. 3 of 5 stars because the burger, fries, and steaks were well prepared and server was attentive.

Fantastic food and a huge salad bar. They were not very busy, but it took a long time to bring my 2 friends drinks. I had Top Sirloin and it was great. The broccoli with him was not very good. Some were very green and crisp. Others were brown and fell apart and muddy. Friends all had fillet and loved her. The potatoes were also very good. But that is very expensive. Two friends had 2 drinks each. 3 of us had soup and 3 of us got salad bar. I and other friends got every pop. Bill was 288.

The duck was good, but too expensive. $65 for a petite fillet with two scallops. This is literally more than you would pay at Gallagher's in Manhattan...but you're in a strip ball in Indiana next to a hot yoga studio and a Jimmy Johns. We had the salad bar and the options were not marked. It was too dark to say what some things were. There was a bowl with a big spoon in it, I thought it was potato salad. I finally had to ask the server what he was and she said it had to be the cheese ball. How should I know that the glop is a cheese ball in a bowl with a big spoon? The women's bath smells like Stale Urin. The whole place needs cleaning and there is a unisex/family bath with a sophisticated o... View menu

I really do not understand the low ratings. This place is incredible! The atmosphere is gorgeous and the food is incredible!!!! I loved my Lobster Bisque ! My friends and I shared two appetizers; spinach dip and buffalo chicken dip. Then we all got martinis (because what else do ladies get on 1/2 of martini night)! I got this apple pie one which was a thick and creamy martini. Tasted like fireball and rumchata were in there. Then after I got a martini that was more of a tropical dream. Blanking on the name but it was incredible. The waitress we had was on top of keeping our waters filled and was kind! I never felt like we didn't have something we needed. She was on top of it with small plates...

My husband and I were here last sunday. We came in for brunch after seeing that they had one in a FB group we are in. We were pleasantly surprised. You think this is just going to wind up being a typical bar. I mean it is a bar however, it is very family friendly. The day we came in, we both ordered the brunch buffet and salad bar. On the brunch buffet were several items. A french toast callerole thing (which is excellent) eggs, bacon , sausage, hashbrown casserole, waffels, fresh fruit, walleye, prime rib, macaroni and cheese, yogert and a salad bar that made ME want to eat salad (if the good lord wanted me to eat salad he would have put long floppy ears and a big fluffy tail on my behind),...

"My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here. My first reservation was for 7pm and I called earlier, the day of and requested an earlier time if 5:45. The obliged, to which I was very grateful for as this really made our night. Our server,Lauren, was sharp, knowledgeable, professional, and all around on point. Very informative with great recommendations. Housecocktails, my wife ordered James and the Giant Peach and I ordered the Golden Child, great movie btw. The golden child is nowmy favorite cocktail. I will learn this recipe For starters we ordered the blacken scallops. Best scallop dish I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, paired superbly with the bleu cheese crumbles and sweet and sour sauce. We also wanted to try the gouda andcrab dip, since it was a local favorite. It did not meat expectations but was a solid 7. For Entree, my wife ordered twinlobster tails, cooked perfectly. I ordered the prime rec, seemed to be a seasonal chef rec. Med rare, cooked perfectly with ahorseradish sauce on the side. FANTASTIC. Dessert we ordered the flaming donuts. Lauren, once again was superb, as she was theentire night. Dealing with what appeared to be a men's club type 10 top, us and another table or two, flambe'd those donutsperfectly, describing the process as she went. We also ordered the brownie, the ape butter spice cake and the apple caramelcheesecake all to go, for the inlaws, for watching or 3 year old. All deserts, were a hit. For me it was the golden child andthe blackened scallops, I will find out the recipes on these items for sure. FANTASTIC PLACE. will be back."
