"Not good. Probably in bottom 3 BBQ dinners ever. $32 for 3 meat plate, corn bread, soda. Up charge for 2 of the 3 meats didnt know until paying. 1 slice Brisket ?moist/fatty? , 3 ribs, 3 burnt ends. Everything was very dry. Ribs have very little meatand are tough but good seasoning. Brisket had decent taste at best but dry. Burnt ends were like a moist jerky at best. Probablythe worst I?ve ever had. Corn bread was burnt and dry. Worker said they keep reporting to mgt that the toaster burns all thecorn bread but no change just burnt bread. Beans and cream corn sides were pretty good and actually best part of meal. Sauce wastasty. I almost never use sauce but I had to on this meat just to get some moisture in meat."

I was expecting a bit more on the quality of food. I order the Natural St Louis Ribs which were dry, the Sauced Pulled Natural Pork (By the Pound) which tasted like it was made in a crock pot and overly greasy, Texas Torpedos were ok, and the Banana Pudding which was the best thing ordered. You can't beat the loaded brisket nachos for the price. I recommend adding the brisket beans. Fully loaded up it has Pico, sour cream, guacamole, queso, shredded brisket and is about 1000-1200 calories. I've been skipping Chipotle and coming here instead!Both photos are from different visits.

True Texas BBQ's menu features a delicious smoky, sweet, and spicy BBQ sauce on the chicken that was an absolute revelation! The tasty potato salad and melt-in-your-mouth brisket were outstanding. Everything was very good with perfect portion sizes. They also use sturdy containers for to-go orders, which is a big plus. Highly recommend True Texas BBQ!

I was eager to try this place and ordered the ribs, but was disappointed to find they were out of the Natural St. Louis Ribs I wanted. Instead of informing me, the restaurant substituted them with Turkey Natural Turkey Breast by the pound, which I don't enjoy. I wouldn’t recommend this spot and suggest choosing any of the other BBQ places nearby—they clearly don’t prioritize their customers. View menu

Pretty decent moist brisket especially for the price. Picked up a lb and a half for dinner to go. Wrapped up well and wasn't dried out when we got to it an hour or so later at home. I'd put it on roughly the same level as Rudy's, maybe a slight notchabove. Again for the price, you're getting a decent product. Will definitely be back to try the ribs and maybe take advantage oftheir happy hour.

I liked it! I thought the BBQ sauces had great flavor! I got 2 orders of the 3-meat plates with all different meats sides to share as a family so we could try just about a little of everything! The turkey was my least favorite, but the BBQ sauce made ittasty ????. Good brisket, pulled pork and chopped brisket! There was an error in my order, but they went above and beyond to fixit and make it right ????
