We sat at the bar for happy hour and enjoyed great conversation with bartender Derek and another guest. Excellent small plates and drinks. We’ll be back for a regular dinner for sure!

You can't go wrong at this place. We enjoyed drinks and mussels, and everything was delicious. The waitstaff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The mussels were absolutely amazing.

Fabulous experience as always. Love the back deck with the pines and aspens. We enjoyed the happy hour menu with lots of choices. Our meals were delicious and good size (even for happy hour) our cocktails were excellent as well. Charlie our server was delightful. Funny, friendly and helpful. Great evening out.

My husband and I love to visit Breckenridge and this was our first time eating at Twist. We had one of the best dinners that we have had in a long time. Our wait staff, Charlie and Derek, were absolutely incredible and made the experience unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back the next chance we get.

I cheated and got an appetizer and a side. Plenty enough to eat. I love mussels and whenever I see them I get them. They’re usually a main course and maybe this should be too. I also got truffle mac and cheese and I was the last one still eating. And I’m a very fast eater. Cut to the end. Freaking fantastic dish. Perfectly done in a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend. Twist is my favorite restaurant in Breckenridge. We make it a point to visit every time we're in the mountains. The food is exceptional, and the service is top-notch! As for vegetarian options, I didn't try the tempeh this time, but my friend and I were incredibly impressed with how well thought out the vegetarian choices were! They didn't just serve the usual pasta or cauliflower steak that many places offer. There was genuine intention and creativity behind the dish! I absolutely love this aspect of Twist! Thank you!

Our server was disappointing. The drinks took a long time to arrive, and they rushed our order even after we specifically requested they take their time. The server urged us to order and promised to pace the delivery of our meals, yet our entrees arrived just five minutes later and ten minutes before our drinks. When we politely raised our concerns, the server was rude. Although we were assigned a new, much nicer server, we won't be returning. Additionally, the "specials" seemed to never change, and the food was just average.

Everybody who waited on us was exceptional. We felt tended to well and genuinely, no plastered on fake smile service there. Service felt authentic, and we enjoyed it greatly. The mussels were delicious, so was the wine. The lamb chops appetizer made the right size main course for our ten y/o and he loved it. I ordered the lamb shank and while the flavors were absolutely amazing, it wasn't nearly as tender as I expected, nor as tender as I have experienced in other places. We were all stuffed so we passed on dessert, so unfortunately can't speak to that. We would definitely be back! View menu
