Absolutely incredible. This pizza place is no ordinary place. Staff is amazing. Food is amazing. Environment blew me away! You will not be disappointed!

The ingredients as far as toppings go are pretty decent. The size is so small for the price which wouldn’t be the worst if the crust was cooked nice and crispy like a real brick oven pizza should do

That was a good meal. The edges of the crust were somewhat cooked for my pleasure, but still very edible. Most of the meal was properly cooked and very good. The guys behind the counter keep it pretty funny and a good atmosphere. A good fast meal. View menu

Great pizza and great prices. I'm lactose intolerant so I was thrilled they had Vegan cheese. I can finally eat pizza again! I had the Brick pizza as a halfzie and the portion was perfect. The staff was nice and the place was clean. No complaints here!

One of our favorite pizza places in Lubbock! We love the brick oven taste. I've always had good experiences with the employees, and last time we went, we were served by Clayton who communicated everything clearly and informed us of their specials and amenities included.

Just did a delivery from here and everyone was too busy standing around talking to notice the customer's pizza was burning. I mean the bottom and crusts were completely black. Instead of remaking, or at least offering to, the girls are making jokes about it being crispy. Hopefully their pizzas are edible View menu

I found urban bricks pizza and am thrilled! it is so cool that they can choose their own pizza with all the fresh ingredients that put in front so that they can choose. half a pizza is an excellent option that I have never seen before. super fast made in a fire oven, they even have this fun handwashing station and two types of sofa fountains.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The pizza dough is delicious. The beer on tap fills from the bottom of the glass. I was hesitant about creating my own pizza from the beginning, but then had a blast adding two different sauces, a mixture of meat and veggies on quarter portions of the pizza. In a word AMAZING! The atmosphere is beautiful. The brick oven pizza's are some of the best I've ever had. Well worth the premium price. Above and beyond the food is the staff. They are some of the friendliest, most helpful staff that I've seen anywhere. It wasn't just one person either all of the staff were like that. Everyone checked with us to make sure we had everything we might need, and to offer a greeting and a smile. They were what every owner manager dreams of they acted as if they had a vested interest in each of the customers, and made everyone feel welcome. I will definitely be back every chance I get.
