I drove an hour to Valario's for dinner last Friday, having not been there since 2019. The beers were fresh, the pizza was incredibly delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I ordered a slice of the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza but was disappointed to find that there was no ranch sauce on it. When I called to address the issue, the staff member I spoke to was quite rude. He explained that the pizza doesn't come with ranch, but that they typically provide a side of ranch instead. I had never encountered that before. He didn't even offer to let me come back to pick up the ranch sauce and simply said "sorry" in a very dismissive manner. If I could give a zero-star rating, I absolutely would!
