It’s definitely not the watery, flavorless, overly salty red substance you often find on pizzas. Instead, this sauce truly reflects the quality you would expect from Naples, made from sweet San Marzano tomatoes. Have you ever had those rich, flavorful drops at the end of your bread? That’s the kind of thick, hearty sauce we're talking about. It’s just the right amount—enough to let you know they don’t skimp on quality with the mozzarella cheese."
