The breakfast experience was disappointing across the board. The food was unsatisfactory, the service was lacking, and the atmosphere did not contribute positively to the meal. Overall, it fell short of expectations.

The food is always good but Eric, our waiter, was terrific. My 14 yr old daughter said “ he is such a sweetheart” he was attentive, made suggestions for add ons, explained options, etc. He did a great job! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View menu

Food fresh, served hot. Coffee cup filled. Service was great. The food was cooked as ordered for perfection. Examp. Xtra crispy waffle was crispy. Good atmosphere to enjoy coffee with the family. Good food, good service, nice dinners like atmosphere to pick up with family friends. Good prices.

The waitress seemed angry with us being there and am not sure why. She was very rude toward my table but friendly with other customers. Usually all WH's are very nice to everyone. If I could give this place no stars, I definitely would! This is the worst Waffle House I have ever visited. The grits were runny, more like water than anything else—thinner than most soups! When I asked the server about it, he admitted they were like that because the last person who made them cooked them incorrectly. Seriously? The toast wasn’t much better; it was barely toasted, more like bread that had just come out of the bag and spent only 15 seconds in the toaster. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom—it’s the worst I’ve seen in any Waffle House. I highly recommend avoiding this location!

Additionally, he mistakenly served my girlfriend a plain waffle instead of a blueberry one, and he forgot to bring my friend his grits, which he had to ask for. We also had to request syrup for our waffles and mayo for our dishes, as they were not offered initially. To make matters worse, he never refilled our drinks; another waitress eventually came over to ask if we wanted a refill. Waffle house in Aynor SC was EXCELLENT!! The staff were attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and cool. Our waitress was really nice and kept our drinks full. I want to give a special thanks to the cook because he prepared our food in record speed and everything was good and just as we requested. All in All 10/10 Great Job. On your way back from Myrtle Beach stop by if you're hungry.
