"I place a Togo order on 5/22 at 11: 20ish pm everything was fine until I get my bill , paid just to find out I paid for 2 Togo fees. When I ask about it I'm told one is a service fee. The red haird woman couldn't explain the fee to me and the cook just smirk saying well you cant do anything abut it now haha , so after I get home 20 miles later my steak is overcooked I ask for rare, I got well done instead, and hashbrowns was supposed to be cheese and onions added but had 1 chunk of onion and no cheese. Try to call them and it's on a loop saying they don't take call in orders over the phone. So this the best I can do at the moment"
