"Normally this establishment has acceptable customer service. This evening was unacceptable. The rudest individual I have ever heard through a drive-thru. I have had some horrible customer service in Columbus, Parsons Avenue, E Livingston Avenue, however even those establishments failed in comparison to the rudeness I experienced this evening. Not only did his unacceptable rudeness cost a sale this evening, it will impact future sales. I doubt my PTSD will allow to me to approach the intercom again. I have no doubt that this individual could turn a mobile order into an equivalent experience at an overpacked and understaffed BMV. The attempted order was a number ten, grilled, the conversation never made it passed requesting no tomato. I hope the individual finds his place in the workforce, no amount of training can fix him, customer service is just not in his cards."

Sandwich was fresh. Fresh bun. To much salt!!! Fries were so salty, I couldn't eat them. Heavy handed with salt on sandwiches, but not as bad as fries.

Very slow was in drive thru for 50 minutes.Ordered chicken btl meal and strawberry frozen and was not very hot and frozen was melted like drinking a strawberry milk... I was told they was under staffed but seen 4 employees just standing around doing nothing. You was not ready and need trained and work on speed..

“I tried the bacon nader fries, which came with six speck chips, and the hamburger was undercooked. The service was terrible, and I have no plans to return. I wouldn't even give this place one star if I could; it deserves a zero. The staff seemed unprofessional, and I definitely do not recommend this restaurant at all.”

We visited the new Lex Wendy’s on September 12 after a high school golf game. We had to wait 15 minutes before we could place our order, and then another 30 minutes passed before our food arrived. Unfortunately, it was cold when we received it. The fries were overly salty as well. The staff seemed unmotivated, as they were just standing around and didn't appear to be working. Placed a mobile order at a little after 11pm on Saturday night. The hours state they are open until midnight. I get there to pick up the food at 11:20 pm. I was informed that they were closed and I 'd have to cancel my order in the app. I asked why their hours say they are open until midnight. Their reply was I don 't know . Notice there are no replies to any of these reviews. Clearly, no one there cares. I don 't see myself coming here again.

This place is ridiculous!! I was just there and I simply asked for no ice... how hard is it to pay attention to the screen. So I get there attention to fix it and the girl gets another cup and pours it into another with no ice, they tell me they're out of the hi-c fruit punch and it needs changed. If it needs changed that means the pop that was in my cup was flat and they added new to it and it taste disgusting. I work in fast food and drive thru and this is unexceptable!! If you're out of pop that means new cup, fresh drink! Do your job correctly!!!
