"The woman who took our order at the drive-thru was friendly. However, when we reached the payment window, we noticed she was using her cellphone while trying to serve us. It was quite frustrating! Regardless of the circumstances, using a cellphone while attending to customers is inappropriate. There was no line, yet she prolonged our wait because she was attempting to make drinks with one hand while holding her phone with the other. This could have been avoided if she had put her phone down."

We just happened to be passing by when everyone in the car felt hungry, so we decided to stop at this place. We ended up waiting in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes before we saw any food. The employees appeared really unhappy, which was disheartening to witness. As much as I dislike 'murder burgers,' I’d still choose them over this experience. My brother refers to them as 'belly bombers.'
